Loosestres (Stress Management Technique)

In this extremely busy world everybody experience moments of anxiety and stress with several  symptoms that can include sleep or appetite changes, poor concentration, increased emotions, impatience or anger and discomfort. Our small groups, maximum 10 people per session, will help you understand what happens to your mind and body during times of stress, the reason why stress is in our life, ways to replace negative thinking, and to cope with stress; you will also learn how to use several relaxation techniques, including mindfulness.
