Dancing mindfulness / Neurodanza

Neurodanza (literally the dance of our mind) is a system of self-development that uses music, movement and positive feelings to deepen self-awareness. It seeks to promote the ability to make a holistic link between oneself and one’s emotions and alow us to express them.

Dance becomes the primary avenue to access mindful awareness! All the basic elements of a “Dancing Mindfulness / Biodanza” class (music, breath,  body, mind, emotions, spirit, story, and integrated experience) help participants experience the attitudes and benefits of mindful awareness.
